Thank you for your answer about my heart beating too hard.....however, what about the tremors in my hands and lower legs/feet? Do you think this could be a symptom of something?
Please let me know, thanx again

No, I am not drinking too much caffeine. In fact, I have cut back to one cup of coffee per day since my PAC's started last November. All I know is that when I lay down at night, my heart pumps so loud, and then after about 1/2 hour or so, my hands and lower legs/feet start to tremble. Again, could this be related to my heart palpitations? Do you think maybe I have some type of sleep disorder? Or could it just be nerves? Please reply. thanx
