Hello....Im a 30yr Male...5"10   190 lbs, from time to time I get light headedness....a couple of days ago , i was driving to work about 5am,  all of a sudden , i felt light headed....then felt chest pressure, like someone squezzing my left upper side of my chest.  But no pain, just a hard pressure feeling. also i felt something shoot up my face...my vain was pulsating on the front of my forehead. i could breath fine,And had no pain anywhere on my body  I also felt very tired, like a was going to pass out.  It lasted for about 25 to 35 seconds....after it passed i felt very nervous and scared.  this has happend to me off and on in the past couple of years  .. since i turned 23 yrs. I do at times have high blood pressure...not enough to take medication though. heart problems do run in my family...and i had an aunt who in her late 40 died of a stroke while at work. my grandmother also passed in her 70s of a heart atttack.   ive had a treadmill test,bloodwork,ekg,mri,echo,holtermonitor,ultrasound,.....all test came up negative.nothing was found. After every episode..i go directly to the emergency room, they always do a ekg,and xray,and monitor my blood pressure. but always tell me nothings wrong and my heart is fine.  they tell me maybe anxiety ?  please respond...i need a second opinion...what could be wrong ?  is this a symptom of anxiety,heart spasm, ? I do have a hard time going to sleep at times,and do wake up a couple of times during sleep,  also i feel tired alot..after work i used to be able to go to the gym...but now i feel to tired,and week..I deliver bottle water for a water company. its seems that i have no interest in anything anymore weather its sexual or doing fun outdoor activities. depression ? but could this cause my symptoms ?  It all started back in  1991 3xs, 1992 2xs ,1997 3xs, 1998 4xs and 1999 4xs  what could it be ?  please help....Nicholas
