Dear Edward
This test result implies that you have had a heart attack involving the bottom of the heart. In addition, a front part of your heart is supplied by a heart artery that is diseased, and this part of the heart is at risk for a heart attack in the future. This result would usually prompt a cardiac catheterization.
I hope this is useful. Feel free to write back with further questions. Good luck.

my doctor hasn't contacted me at all about this.i have no medical coverage, etc.

Dear Edward
I do not know why the doctor has not called you. Perhaps he never saw your abnormal test result. You should give him a call and make him aware of what the test showed and ask him if he plans any further testing. If lack of insurance is a problem, try going to your city's university clinic - they tend to offer inexpensive care provided by doctors in training.
