Sometimes I have a high heart rate from about 85 to 95 and i do have some anxiety but my question is will i have heart problems when i get older from having a high heart rate i'm 21 sometimes when i sleeping i will be woken up with a high heart rate about 125 and i will be sweating is this dangerous also? the only symptom that i have is sometimes i don't feel i get a satisfying breath like i want to always yawn or sigh to get a satisfying deep breath, could this be heart related. Also i have a huge fear of doctors and eveytime i go my heart rate is about140 is this o.k.?

So a resting herat rate of, oh say, 100 is still ok? There are no adverse effects from a high heart rate?  I ask this because my resting rate is between 96 and 100 most times.  There are some times when my resting rate reaches 140 or so, is this bad?
