I have recieved no follow-up concerning my post.
My post is just as important to me as the other post are to their respected individuals.
I would appreciate someone extending the same coursty to me as has been extended to others.

One of the doctors had answered your question already. You need to refer back to that particular day for the response. It may take a doctor several days to answer a question, depending on his or her clinical responsibilities in the hospital that day.
I agree with everything that the other doctor wrote. You should see an internist to have your several symptoms evaluated. The blood pressure numbers you mentioned are not abnormal. I think having your thyroid evaluated makes good sense. Hives from exposure to cold is an unusual symptom and if your internist cannot determine the cause, an allergist may be able to help. You ought to stop smoking, as the other doctor suggested. You should also make time in the day for exercise/relaxation/prayer/meditation, whatever works best for you. Modern life can be quite stressful, but you can always make time for what is important (you did after all find time to write this angry letter).
