I'm suffering panic attacks and palpitations (PVC and PAC). Tests showed
my heart isn't responsible for those palpitations. Now the doctor said to
me I have some sort of enteritis due to medication I had to take when I was
younger.He says that due to that, my intestins can't take the necessary
vitamins that my body needs. He says this weakened my nerve system causing
panic attacks and palpitations during the day. I just like to know what this enteritis has to do with my heart. It seems so different.

Was this an MD?  There are some theories about antibiotics and depletion of intestinal bacteria and subsequent long term side-effects but these are rather fringe theories.   Be careful if he/she is trying to sell you something.  If you want to "replace" intestinal bacteria eat some yogurt.
