Ecg
Exercise stress test results, it said "irregular sinus
bradycardiaArrhythmias
Bradycardia
Sick sinus syndrome." my doctor listened to my hearbeat and said the heart rate change upon
inhalationInhalation anthrax is an arrythmia which is
normalNormal saline flush in young healthy hearts. but at the emergency room the doctor listened to my heart rate and said my heart rate sounded variable. since then i've noticed my heart rate seems to vary in speed from time to time as well as speeding up when breathing in. and i've continued to have some off and on mild chest pain. i've also noticed i seem to get slightly winded easier than i think i should. i'm scheduled to see a cardiologist on june 15. what is a irregular sinus bradycardia?
I'm a 35 year old, black male diagnosed with PVC's. The only test performed was wearing a holter monitor for a 24 hours. The PVC's occur approx. twice daily and only last for seconds, and then all is fine. Is there any further test I should request from my doctor? Are PVC's life threating? Can PVC's be caused by esophageal spasms? I know these questions my sound silly, but I need to know. My job is really stressful and I was previously diagnosed with hypertension which is no controlled through exercise. Please help. Thank you.

You should probably post your message as an original message not as a reply to someone else. The docs probably wont see it there.
By the way, PVC's are a normal part of the heart beat. In most cases entirely benign.

Dear RJC,
Thank you for your question. We receive a large number of questions about PVC's and as Joe mentioned they are entirely benign. They do however cause a great deal of anxiety in some individuals. The best way to deal with PVC's is to take measures to decrease them as much as possible and when they do occur tell yourself there is nothing to be alarmed about and then go on with life.
Below are some web sites with additional information about PVCs.

I have always had a heart mumer, I recently went to the doctor for a checkup and they decided that i should under go futher testing, so they put me on a holster mointer for 24hrs and gave me a EKG they both came back abnormal and the doctor said that the EKG had indicated that i had had a heart attack, so i had a carido-lite stress test and heart scan, by the way he gave me nitro-glycren just in case i needed it. After all the tests he decided i should have an echo so i did. Today i went for all my results and he told me that i was fine the echo said i could have mvp but that was pretty normal, I asked him about the heart attack and he said EKGS aren't always accurate, because the stress test showed that i did'nt. would that be true or should i get a 2nd opion?
