Reduced LV compliance

This issue is regarding my father, 61, diabetic, active lifestyle. 10 days ago, around 4:00 a.m , he felt pressure and pain in chest with sweating in forehead. Within 40 min he was admitted to ICU. ECG was found normal, Trop T - negative. Monitored for 5 days while giving blood thining medicines. ECGs, B.P, Blood Sugar found O.K.  Angina concluded.

Today Doppler ECHO done. It was found to be O.K except for  REDUCED LV COMPLIANCE.

Please, can anybody tell me what does this signify ?  Is something to worry much ? Your suggestions will be valuable a lot for us.

REDUCED LV COMPLIANCE usually indicates the heart has a decrease in the heart filling phase. Frequently, that condition is due to the left ventrical's chamber wall has thickened and does not relax to the detriment of not properly filling...lacks flexibility and the rigidy of the walls do not expand/dilate normally .

When and if it becomes serious, the reduced filling reduces the amount of blood pumped into circulation with each heartbeat and can lead to heart failure.  Angina is usually related to a lack of blood supply to the heart cells.  Can be the result of low cardiac output.  

Angina can be successfully treated with a nitrate medication.  I have been taking a nitrate for going on 7 years and there has been no advancement of the underlying cause
