My son is currently 4 years old initial diagnosis:
PREMATURITY (33-34 WEEKS) WITH LBW WITH HIE (STAGE II) WITH NNEC (OPERATED) WITH HYPERBILIRUBINEMIA WITH SEPSIS

ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY AND   COLOUR DOPPLER REPORT
Atrio-Visceral Situs-Solitus
A - V and V - A concordance.
Normally related great vessels.
Intact IVS.
Large PDA with left to right shunt.
Small PFO with left to right shunt.
Dilated & diffusely hypokinetic LV (EF=35%).
Mild mitral & tricuspid regurgitation.
PAH present.
No evidence of coarctation of arota.

This was done on 19.06.2007 after 6 months mow he is more & less in good condition.
but infection causing fiver,cold & cough are continuous and occurring almost every month.

Please advise me for this.
