Returning PSVT sx after Paxil withdrawal?

I am a 55 yr old female.  PSVT diagnosed about 8 years ago. I've been taking Atenolol 25 mg daily.  I had a TVH 5 years ago and took HRT for 2 years. Then I was started on Paxil 10mg to try to help with hot flashes and anxiety, but it was causing weight gain and constipation. I felt great, though!  I weaned off of it for the last 3 weeks. During exercise last evening, I had a 2 minute run of tachycardia. I had to stop and wind down and then went home. Still occasional, weaker episodes today. Until I went on the Paxil a couple of years ago, caffeine caused a lot of irregular heartbeats, but while on it, I never had any bouts of irregular heartbeat even though I was consuming a good amount of tea each day. Was the Paxil helping to control my PSVT?
