GATED SPECT shows LVEF 62 %

There appears to be some obstruction of blood flow to the anterior wall.  Blood flow defect with exertion but blood flow to the interior wall returns to normal at rest.   LVEF62% is very good and indicates your heart is pumping blood into circulation adequately.  EF is a fraction that reflects the amount of blood pumped with each heartbeat...(normal is 50 to 70%).

If you are having chest pains,  the stress test's result shows the cause and can be treated with a stent implant or medication to dilate the vessel.
