What should my heart rate be while sleeping? It seems like its too low and I feel breathless when i wake up. I have taken it and it always is around 60. Is this too low. ? I am on 25 mg AtenololAtenolol Atenolol-chlorthalidone. I am concerned about it since i wake up with this problem, but not during the day.
Please advise. I am 56 years old, fairly good health. slim. non smoker or drinker. Was prescirbed for me because of white coat syndrome and for panicPanic disorder Panic disorder with agoraphobia attacks at night.
