ST Depression in EKG Results

ST Depression in EKG Results

I have had two treadmill tests (ekg) in the past 2 years (one July 2006 and one this week).  They both indicated exercise induced ST depression.  The first ekg was also an echocardiogram and the cardiologist did not seem concerned about the ST depression (I am young with no real risk factors).  The doctor that performed the second test (different from first doctor) concluded that it was a "false" abnormal primarily based on the conclusions from the first doctor 2 years ago.  What causes a false abnormal ST depression and would it register "false" on two ekgs in a row?  I'm just concerned because I know that ST depression is diagnostic for CAD and no one has recommended any further testing.
