Hi, digitalis is digoxin, a drug used to treat congestive heart failure and the associated symptoms of shortness of breath.  This medication can cause changes to the electrical conduction system of the heart and this is reflected in the ECG.  Various ECG changes are associated with the use of digoxin: ST depression, increased PR interval and T wave.  This could be what they are referring to in the report.  Regards.
