SVT for 8 years

I'm 23 I've have SVT for 8 years and had an ablation on 9/4/09. My heart rate would be from 80-180 even while sleeping all the time and at least once a month would get into the 200's and 220's. About 3 weeks ago it started to go back up into the 80-130's. I am also on Bystolic 5mg for bloodpressure. Could there be something else? Shouldn't my doctors put a pacemaker in?
