SVT on and off?

SVT on and off?

Okay so to start off i am 17.I have been having SVT episodes since i was in about 4th grade and wasnt 'diagnosed' until i was around 13. Recently around last year I was at school and had an immediate and random episode, nurse counted my pulse rate at over 220/minute. Went to the doctors and they set me up with a holter to try and discover where the problem was occuring but for the whole month in a half nothing happend and i didnt have one for a year until this october and the new doctor i went to basically told me that since i havent had an attack while being moniterd digitally then she cant fully diagnose me. the problem is,is that Lately my heart will have one big heart beat jump then stop in its tracks with in a second and go back to normal. Honestly its so frustrating because i would like to fix the problem and prove to the doctor that i'm not faking it and i want to know anyways (this will make me sound so crazy) that i can naturally provoke an episode while on the monitor to see where the problem is occuring and to decide on ablation or medicine. so any help with any of this?
