SVTs and muscle fatigue?

Hi all:
I have been on my journey to see what, if anything might help my arrhythmias.  So far, I had an unsuccessful EP study and ablation attempt (couldn't get the heart to cooperate), have been on Beta Blockers, Calcium Channel blockers, Sodium blockers and no back to beta on Rhythmol.  I finally did find a dose of Flecainide that worked for me 150mg 2 x day but the side effects were not tolerable.  (vision disturbances, dizzyness, crushing headaches daily and heartburn).  Anyway, the Rhythmol isn't bothering me that way but also isn't working at all.  They told me my next step was an inpatient treatment for 3 days and I just don't have the time to do that right now, so I have been just getting by staying on the non-working Rhythmol.  The thing that bothers me more than most things however is the fatigue I feel.  Not a sleepy, grouchy (well I am a little grouchy) kind of fatigue but one where I can't blow dry my hair without taking a break.  My arms get so tired that I they shake.  Same with other limbs with exercising, climbing stairs, walking etc.  Wondering if anyone else has this symptom.  It is more life-altering than the arrhythmia which I am pretty used to by now.  I have an appointment on Monday and want to talk about my concerns, treatment options etc.  Any words of wisdom would be appreciated.

I had a similar reaction (and more) years ago when I tried taking Verapamil. There was a heaviness and fatigue in my limbs, my whole body really. There were some other side-effects that were much worse than that so I stopped taking the med (per doctor's orders). Glad you're going in on Monday. Make sure it's nothing more serious than a side-effect of your medication.
