Scared of acid reflux/heart attack symptoms?

Hi, I've previously made a posr before about this topic but I think I need some reassurance I'm not gonna just drop dead.

I'm 21, been trying really hard to focus on my diet and health, and I've only recently (since August) been dealing with acid reflux and massive anxiety issues.

I haven't been able to really eat since I'm so focused on finding food I CAN eat, but today and yesterday, were probably my worst and now I'm terrified.

For work, I drank coffee for the first time in almost 2 weeks, and with it, had a sandwich which gave me a massive stomachache to the point I wanted to puke. Came home, had water, and started feeling neck pain and top chest pain. This has been happening for a while now, but I was petrified at how it felt. My mom said to take an allergy pill (which mildly helped) but I still felt the top chested pain near my shoulders and eventually the pain would cause my throat to feel sore and like I pulled a muscle.

Went to bed lying on my left, and woke up feeling almost if not worse. Now my whole left side ached (probably because I slept in an odd position on my arm) and when I went to school, I had the same chest pain and aching neck.

I've (stupidly) read enough WebDM and Google searches to know the symptoms of a heart attack are almost the same as acid reflux, so I'm basically tettering on what's true or not.

I don't think any heart related issues are in my family, and if there are, my mom hasn't told me. But I'm really scared, I can't be able to make an appointment with a doctor for a while because of money reasons, and I really just want some clarity and some reassurance I'm gonna be okay.

21 isn't an age for heart attacks, nothings impossible, but some things are just unlikely.

Possible questions to ask though:

Does it feel like its under your sternum (breast bone)? Does it radiate down your left arm? Is the left arm radiating pain primarily in your ring finger and pinky side? How about pain in your jaw? Jaw/neck pain worse on the left?

Are you short of breath? Do you have 'chest tightness' i.e. Does it feel like an elephant is sitting on your chest, or that your wearing an 18th century corset? Nausea or indigestion? Are you sweating right now?

Does the pain come and go in 'waves'? Does a single 'wave' of pain last 5-15 minutes before fading away?' Did the pain wake you up at night? did you feel a sudden wave of anxiety or a sense of 'doom' that you've never felt before? First time feeling this pain or tightness?

Does your pain still happen when you're at rest? Are you over the age of 30? Do you have any family history or heart problems? Do you have any personal history of heart problems? Have you been healthy recently (no cough cold flu etc.)?

The more 'Yes' you answer the more concerned a doctor will be.
