Seeking Advice for Mr.Huang's Symptoms

  Patient name: Huang Xuefeng
  Age: 35 years old
  Sex: Male
       After 17 days radiotherapy, the patient now suffers from dyspnea, cough, right shoulder ache and atrophy of right thorax muscle.  We want the advice on
  1)  how to lessen his atrophy of right thorax muscle and
  2)  the possible ways to prevent recurrence.
