Severe Chest Pain

I am a 23 year old male, I have been having constant chest pain for approximately a year now. Rencently it has gotten worse. I am having radiating tingling, burn sensations going through my chest into my neck. When I lay down my heart feels like it is in my throat, also I am staying dizzy and light headed all the time, as well as I have the feeling that I could throw up at any given moment. I am also having sweating attacks that turn into the cold sweats. My chest feels like there is an elephant standing on it severe tightness, tingling in skin around bottom of rib cage, as well as severe swelling and butterfly effect in my chest. I am also having dry cough as well. I have went to the doctor over it several times and he continues to tell me that nothing is wrong. I have had a stress test, ekg, chest x-ray, full body scan I wasn't able to have the dye injected because I am allergic to it, I have also had an MRI, CT Scan, and after doing the stress test when I went back to get the results they took an additional 10 xrays but still they are saying nothing is wrong my wife and I have been researching everything that it could possible be and we would just like some other opinions and quite possible may another doctors opinion.
