Severe Headaches with multiple symptoms

Hi there everyone,
I'm a 23 yr old female 145 lbs 5'5". I get severe migrain headachs and have for some time now. Recently they have gotten worse with every day. I get 7-20 migrains per week. Yes i said per week. It is very seldom that I go an entire day without one and even if i do i will wake up in the middle of the night in pain. I get dizzy, vomit, nose bleeds, disoriented and my head hurts so bad i can do nothing but llay on the floor and cry. I have an extremely high tolerence to pain and these migrains are far worse than having a baby with no pain medication ( trust me i know). Most recently when the migrain starts my hands get the tingles and than go completely numb. Not only my hands but my face as well and than the numbness turns to something that is hard to describe. It only last for about a totall of 30 minutes from begining to end but my hands clentch up real tight and i am unable to move them. This has happened twice to me so far and the first time it was the right side of my body where as the second time it was both of my hands. My migrains almost always occure on the right side of my head also. I went to see a Dr. two days ago but was dismissed for lack of insurance. I was able to find out though that my Blood pressure was 180/90 (only because I loked at the paper, not because they told me). I have been told that is a pretty high BP for someone my age. Can anyone maybe help me figure out what is going on with my head. I cannot seem to get any medical attention due to lack in insurance and wasnt sure if there is something i can do for myself to ease the pain. It is incredibly frustrating to be in pain all the time. Even when im not experiencing a full blown migrain my head is constantly hurting. it is effecting my every day life and i just dont know how much more i can take of this. Please help. THANKS!!!

You need to have a CT of your head to rule out a brain tumor.  Also, you could have an weak blood vessel.  My aunt had extreme Migraines and was seeing a doctor for years.  She died from a blood vessel bursting in her head at the age of 42.  The severity of your headaches warrants a CT scan.  Go to the county to see if you qualify for MA or other reduced rates insurance like MN Care.  Explain to the county that you are experiencing these headaches and hospital is denying you medical treatment.
