Severe Pain/Heart related

I am a 47 year old male and I had a sudden death heart attack and was clinically dead for 4 1/2 minutes in June of 06. Make a very long story short I have had 5 heart attacks since w/4 stints and ICD(pacemaker/defib)put in, and then heart attacks quit. Anyway since the 2nd heart attack in 06 I have had severe pain in my chest, arm, neck, ect. and it is all the same pain I had with heart attacks. The doctors said that anytime I had this pain I needed to get to a emergency room. If I was to do that I would be there every week or day. I know the doctors have done a great job and are wanting to help but I can't go due to the costs. They told me that these smaller blood vessels closing off could be as painful or more than a regular heart attack. I have seen 4 cardiologist for different opinions with all saying same thing.  Heart is dying and the small blood vessels are closing off daily in my heart and is causing me this pain. I was told by 3 of the 4 cardiologists since 06 that in 3 to 5 years I would need a heart transplant. Time is coming up and I wish I was never told that. I am on some very high pain medications as well as alot of other medications and supplements. Have you ever had a patient that has had similar?  (Severe Angina, Coronary Artery Disease, Heart Disease is all I know)

Hi, and welcome on board! Well you sure had/have lot in your life. For your question, yes I had seen a patient a good friend of many of us, he had that many issues. Unfortunately he also was a smoker, and not only a water drinker. He knew that much about heart, like any  good  Cardiologist by researching it over the  many years :) His name was Jack
Helped a lot to others too, while he was all over the places emotionally , and sometimes put his anger on those whom did not deserved it, over all he had a Golden Heart.:)
Be sure you do everything with your power to stay in that reality longer, by loving everything around you what worth loving, that all I can suggest!!
I don’t know what to say about heart transplant. It might be great for you. I personally will refuse if I would need one, but that is just me, and I already 60. I love my own old, YOUNG Heart.
Best luck to you!
