This is best worked out with your exercise physiologist. right now your target heart rate is still quite low relative to what we would target for a normal (non-postop) person your age.
I would go slowly. Sex will likely increase your heart rate well above 105 and does require a fair amount of cardiovascular energy.
We typically advise returning to sex once a patient can exercise 4 to 5 METS.
About 6 -7 minutes on a Bruce protocol treadmill.
