Sharp pain in chest?

have this very sharp pain in my chest on the left side and it has happened to me for about 2 years now. I read online that it is called Precordial 'catch' syndrome and very common in teenagers, so I wasen't too scared but it happened yesterday really intensley and it hasen't gone away since. The pain declined quite a bit, and today it was almost gone but about 10 min ago I streached my arm and the pain came back more intense then ever. It hurts when I laugh or breathe deeply.
Any advice?

I don't know...it's gotten better. Is there any way that chest pain could be stimulated by caffine?

You should got to the ER !  Worst case scenario they find something and fix it.  Best case, they say you are fine and send you home.  Wouldn't this ease your mind?
