Shooting pain in arm

by rts654, Mar 09, 2008 07:12PM
I've been diagnosed with Arrhrythmia a couple years ago and a few years prior to that I was also diagnosed with Mitral valve prolapse(sp?).  Over the past week I have been having a shooting pain in my right arm that starts on in the inside, lower portion of my bicep and quickly shoots in my chest through my arm pit.  It doesn't last long most times but it does cause some discomfort for a period of time.  I'm wondering if this something related to either condition or if it could be stress related?  I've been hospitalized twice for stress related issues and kept over night due to my families heart disease history.  Is this something that I should be concerned about?
