I was at the doctor today and had an EKG, the results read Normal Sinus rhythm with shorteded PR interval.   Is this something that I should be concerned about?

If there were a problem, a shortened PR interval would almost always cause a faster than normal heart rate, etc.  And an abnormal EKG wave form requires further evidence, and apparently your doctor doesn't have any additional evidence to support a finding, and you shouldn't be concerned.

You replied to Missy about now worrying over a short PR interval if she is in normal sinus rhythm.  I too have been diagnosed with the same thing after an episode where my heart raced at 175 bpm.  This is still there 6 weeks later and I am more than a little concerned. Can you be sure that a short PR interval really is nothing to worry about as It really would make me feel a lot better to know that.  I cant get any answers from the doctors.

If the rhythm was Normal Sinus, you should not worry  about the PR interval. your doctor could have pointed out any concerns.
