Should I Be Concered?

Since Monday I have had pain in my right shoulder and right arm and pain in my left jaw in one little spot all this comes and goes. Also don't know how revelent this is but i've had pain in my right and left side which the right side is more severe and last Wednesday I started having chest pain which also comes and goes, but I saw my doctor today and she thinks its my gallbladder.   I had a heart echo last month, and wore a heart monitor last month because i've had problems with my heart racing, I saw my Cardiologist last week for the results he said my heart looked great just a leaky valve that I shouldn't worry bout so with this reccent pain in my right arm and left jaw should I be concerned its a sign of a heart attack? Or could it be my gallbladder?
