Should I be concerned about my symptoms or will it go away?

About three weeks ago I very suddenly felt  severe pain in the middle of my chest as I was driving. It felt as if someone had punched me in the chest. I stopped and a few minutes later I felt comfortable enough to drive further. I was okay the rest of the evening. The next morning I felt a similar sensation but much milder and only for a few seconds. Later, as I was driving to work I started getting a feeling of indigestion like when pieces of apple are stuck in your chest area. I called my doctor because I was concerned about what had happened the night before. He told me to take Asprin and see him immediately. He did an ECG and it was normal. He sent bloods away to test whether I had suffered a heart attack but that also came back negative. I have been experiencing that indigestion like feeling every single day ever since and it last for most of the day. Antacids do not help. I get it before I have even eaten anything in the morning so I am inclined to think that it might not be heartburn. I have no acid reflux. Sometimes the pain is so severe that I feel it in my back and even towards my shoulders. Sometimes I feel the urge to change position to relive the sensation but nothing seems to help. I had also been having momentary dizzy spells for more than a month. I get a spaced out feeling for a second or two and then it is gone again. I have sometimes felt pain in my left leg, both upper arms as well as in my fingers (especially the 3 inner fingers) of my left hand. I have also felt some eye pain and subtle tingling in my arm and face. The pain is not severe. On one occasion when I so concerned that I went to ER where they did the same tests that my GP did with the same results. I get the feeling that the doctors are somehow just looking for symptom that I did not have or am not having a heart attack or stroke when I see them. I am more concerned that it may be indicators that something may happen. I am reluctant to go back to the doctor because with all the tests (I had a kidney infection just before these symptoms started) my medical aid is almost depleted and I cannot afford to pay the doctors cash. What could be wrong with me?
