I am 49 year s old 6'0" 270LB. however, I do work out and have a lot of muscle mass so bmi is a little off. I am quessing I m 50 lb over wieght. My Blood pressure is normally 118/72 however, I am not been able to workout for 6 weeks and got dizzy tonight so I check my PB and it 160/79. with in 30 minutes I checked it again and it was 144/79 pulse 91 and has stayed there for a while.
Your numbers are high and you should be checked out, but these are not dangerous numbers short term. You should see your doctor to find out if there is an underlying cause and get that resolved as these numbers can damage your organs and cardiovascular system over time.
Again, these are not dangerous, but are high and you should get it checked out.
