Should i go to ER?

I had a heart attack on July 12, 2017 two stents placed in RCA I had one already in it was put in 2013 anyway my arm, shoulder,shoulder blade and jaw have been hurting i have sob just walking a short distance. The shoulder and arm pain feels like ive been lifting heavy weights but i haven't had the energy to do anything so it cant be that should I go to ER i told my dr's office about the symptoms i have and appt tomorrow but my bp has been running 148/103 thats two hrs after taking my bp meds

Yes, with your history and symptoms, you should go to the ER.
