Should these Lab Results concern me??

Should these Lab Results concern me??

I'm a 30 year old female, 172 lbs. and 5'8".  I'm not active and am trying to eat better -I must admit I like refined carbohydrates way too much.  I had some lab tests done and here are some results that concern me:

Cholesterol 186
LDL 120.60
Thyroxine 10.00
Thyroid Stimulating Hormone  2.655
T3 Uptake  21.88
MPV (hematology)  11.20

Should I be concerned about these results? I know for a fact that my LDL levels are too high, considering that the limit is 100.00.  Also, my results indicate that I have a high T3 uptake and high MPV value.  Is this an indication that something is wrong? In case you need extra information, I am currently taking birth control pills (have been taking them for almost 3 years). What would be the best approach to this? Any help will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
