I have been a persistant side chest pain on the next to the nipple since last 3 weeks. I am a healthy 31 year old and constantly run at least twiceTwice-a-day in a week, and occassionaly join half marathon. The problem started 3 weeks ago, and a mild discomfort on the left side of the chest. The discomfort is felt when i am moving my arm.
The intensity of the discomfort happens 3 days ago. Even as i am working in the office desk, i feel discomfort in terms of breathing and that pain area, and at times the need to take a deep breathBreath alcohol test Breath holding spell Breath odor. The condition often worsen during the end of the day, where i feel more often tired than i should have been.
I currently feel like the discomfort has spread to the heart, which i could not tell exactly how or why. I went to my General practician, and the only thing given is a pain killer and an externalExternal incontinence devices pain relief gel.
I do not feel the pain during exercise, and i have recently completed my half marathon despite the minor discomfort - last week.
Could you kindly advise how i should get myself diagnosed?
