Sinus Arrhythmia

I know plenty of people have asked about their concerns based on Sinus arrhythmia. But I'll ask anyway. Before I found out I had Sinus arrhythmia, I thought thats how normal heart beats were. Ever since I can remember my heart beated like this. I never really took notice until I began to get extremely annoyed because my heart was just ready to jump out of my chest. I can lean on a flat surface, be still and my whole body would move back and forth. That freaked me out. My Sinus arrhythmia is really obvious. I found out what this whole thing was because my sister, who is going through Nursing in University, wanted to use me as a test dummy and began examining my body. She stayed with my heart for about 20 minutes, making sure she heard properly. Then I went to the doctors. They sent me to a different hospital, had an ECG and they told me I had Sinus arrhythmia. Then today, having spare time, I was googling Sinus arrhythmia and I read that it goes away after awhile and ( cant remember properly but...) excersicing would help...I have been playing soccer ever since I can remember, play basketball, volleyball, I run 100M and 200M along with relay in track, I swim... so after all of these, why has it not disappeared? In fact, its been more visible. You can see my heart wanting to get out of there. lol
