Sinus Arrhythmia

by FaithNoMore, Jul 05, 2009 01:54AM
Is Sinus Arrhythmia normal? I've read conflicting information online, some sites say it is a dangerous arrhythmia ( http://ezinearticles.com/?What-Is-Sinus-Arrhythmia?&id=1084718  ) while others say it is perfectly normal -and in fact healthy - (  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Respiratory_sinus_arrhythmia  )

Which is right here? I have noticed a significant alteration in my heart beat while resting and breathing, specially when breathing deeply and exhaling slowly... and a decrease (and sometimes almost complete absence) of it when stressed, anxious or with a somewhat elevated Heart rate.

Is this normal?
