Sinus Tachycardia and symptoms

I have sinus tachycardia since last December, however with no meds or anything as im still waiting for the Cardilologists to send me my report/results, however as i have an office job i am continuously tired and have sore eyes slight headaches and alot of faint dizzyness which is driving me mad as my paltpitations are usually once or twice a week and are the hard and fast scary ones that last between 2-15 minutes. Seen 3 different cardiologists and all so far say its Tachy, however it shouldve gone away after my antibiotics last year but still hasnt

Any ideas as to what else I can do to make me feel healthy and normal again?

Ive adapted a mostly healthy diet and am going to start walking again round the block to get back into fitness.

I am now taking rescue remedy for stress and anxiety and liquid fish oil as well hoping all can help me somehow
