Sleep Disturbance

For the past several week, after I first fall asleep, I see someone staring at me and sometimes saying my name! I immediately jump up in bed and YELL "WHAT" or YELL my husbands name. Well, he thought it was funny, but concerning, at first. Now he's starting to get tired of it, which I don't blame him. Last night he went to the couch because I did it 3 times in a row........ I'm not sure what is causing me to do this. Last night, needless to say, I had trouble going back to sleep when I finally got him back to bed, because I was afraid I would do it again! I am also thinking it may have something to do w/ him waking me up when I begin to snore. I am a snorer and I guess on occassion get to going pretty good and he will wake me, so maybe I have a complex about this!? Who knows. All I know is that it is driving me and him crazy! Thanks for any insight!  I do have HCM (non-obstructive)  Just completed a 7 day holter, with no apparent major arrythmias.

well, last night was better.............although I fell asleep 3 hrs. after i usually do.......... :(
