Squeezing pressure

Morning,,I am a 56 year old woman with 3 leaky valves mild and no medication is needed  However in the last 3 days I have had this squeezing pressure felt in upper left side back near breast  I have belching and sour taste usally comes up  sometimes small twinges of chest pain with belching and abdominal discomfort and diareha  Does this sound  heart realted or gastro? I am afraid it is heart attack symptoms.Any help would be appreciated  ,,Thank you,oh I might add sometimes the pressure is felt upon little exertion other times no

Yea mine does that to but its more of a pressure feeling in chest  and a weird feeling on side of left upper rib and burps

I do same thing, acid reflux for me, chest pain, sometimes a burn, lots burps, heart flutters from it to no fun

Sounds like gastro to me.  Why not call your primary care doc and run the symptoms by him?
