Sternum Break Not Going To Mend

I had bypass surgery 10.5 months ago. I have been complaining about sternum pain that has worsened since a month post op. I have had 2 ct's done 1st one showed the sternum in 4 pieces. 2nd showing the midline cut is healing but there is a jagged  break at the 1st and 2nd segments. Since the injury is too old to mend together, What if any options do I have to repair this injury? Complications include shortness of breath, chest pain severe, unable to use arms much at all, no bending over. My life *****. Please Help
