Stint in artery and rehab.

I had heart attack nov.18,2010. THEY PUT a STINT IN NOV.20,2010. I was wondering when I can start lifting heavy things and should I use these herbs that say they get rid of plaque in you arteries?  Thakyou

If I were you I will not take any herb or medication who claim remove the plaque .... they may interfere with your medication and make you more damage than benefit.

There are documented reductions in the plaque if you get your LDL levels below 70 ....but you should check with your cardiologist to see if it is advisable to go that low.

As per lifting weights, 1 months after my MI I was allow to train with 6 pounds weights but today, 3 years later, I am not allow to take my grand son (about 40 pounds).

I guess all depends on the damage that your heart has.
