Stress Test Results

I recently had my first stress test.  The reason for going in for the test was i was having heart palps, PVCs mostly, and occasional chest pain.  The chest pain was minor, sort of like somebody taking a finger and poking me in the chest.  It never lasted more than a few seconds and honestly being only 30 I wouldn't of thought twice about it other than PVCs.  My question is to folks out there, what all can an exercise stress test diagnose?  After the test the Dr. said I was fine but didn't go into any detail as to the results.  I have also had ECG, Eco, and 24 holter all of which were fine.  I still have some anxiety because the chest pains still exist but thank GOD the PVCs have all but gone.
