Stress Test result anxiety

Hi, new to MedHelp.  I just got my results on a patient portal from a stress test that I just had done a few days ago.  I don't see my doctor for 2 weeks, but my anxiety just makes me want to know what is going on.  Does anyone know how to interpret these results?  Thank you for any input you can give.

Findings: Patient was pharmacologically stressed with adenosine at a
dose of 48 milligrams. No chest pain occurred during stress. A maximal
heart rate of 108 beats per minute was achieved.

Injections of 10 mCi and 30 mCi of technetium 99m Sestamibi were given
for rest and stress imaging, respectively.

SPECT images after each injection show normal size left ventricle. No
fixed or reversible perfusion abnormalities were present. Ejection
fraction was calculated at  72%. No wall motion abnormality.

IMPRESSION:    No ischemic changes with pharmacologic stress. Ejection
fraction of 72%. No wall motion abnormality.

Ejection refraction, determined by left ventricle is really good . The rest of your test looks great . No blockages ,no stents required good news. I'm not a Dr but from my experience your stress test is good. . I have ischemic heart disease and my EF is 49. My pulse hardly breaks 50 and if it does its because I'm working out to keep the heart strong. The left ventricle is weaken by the disease with was caused by Agent Orange from Vietnam. I'm old , 68, and still here . and plan to be around a while .You will prevail. Smile.

Hi there. Firstly I am not a Doctor, but will help as best I can. Your test is full of good news. Your left Ventricle is normal in size. That's very good to start, no enlargement at all. Secondly NO abnormalities were detected. Thirdly and most importantly your EF was 72%. That's great, great. Normal is 55% to 75%. yours is so good. Also all the walls are normal too with nothing abnormal. So overall you look good!!! Keep us posted
