Subaortic stenosis

Subaortic stenosis

My 8 years old son has a fibrous membraneous subaortic stenosis, 1 cm below the valve with a gradient around 35 mmHg. No symptoms, no aortic insufficiency, no ventricular ipertrophy.
I would like to know your opinion for the following:

1) Is a minimally invasive procedure practicable and recommendable in this case ?

2) Is it worth waiting for surgery in order to reduce recurrence risks and, if so, how serious is the risk of incurring in permanent valve damage ?

Thank you very much for your attention

Typically this type of surgery would not be done through a minimally invasive procedure. Proceding with surgery earlier rather than later is better with this condition.
