Sudden Changes in Heart Rate Changes and Chest Pain

For the past year or so I have been getting a stabbing pain in my heart. And at random my heart will beat faster or will slow down and will beat hard for a few beats. I do have anemia, and when I was little(1-4 years of age) the doctors said i had a heart murmur. I'm 16, 5'2" 95-103lb(my weight changes alot)  I don't get stressed that often I do work out. And so I was wondering if i should be worried and is there any heart diseases that I could have.

The reality of it is that stabbing pains aren't due to heart disease; it is usually due to muscle or cartiledge issues, so I don't think I'd be too concerned especially with you only being 16. Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) and some of the cardiomyopathies  can cause a person to have true heart related chest pain. The former, you are way to young for that to be a problem and the latter, you would have known about that by now, if it was bad enough to cause chest pain in you. As far as the murmur goes, many people, as adults, still have the murmur that they were born with. All babies are born with a functional murmur which generally, but not always, goes away after the first one or two years of life.
