: 0 months ago I began having palpitaions that were very bothersome.  I had a work-up which included Holter monitoring and an echo stress test.  The Holter monitor recorded 5,000 PVC's in 24 hrs  (was on Tenormin).  No abnormalities were found and the PVC's disappeared as suddenly as they came after 3-4 months.  I'm off meds now and they have not returned.  I am curious as to the possible causes.  (minimal caffine, no other meds, no street drugs, no smoking or alcohol, took Redux for 6 weeks last fall)
