Suitable treatment of PSVT - 2 episodes

by KATARIA_IOC, Aug 02, 2008 06:57AM
My wife has been diagonised as PSVT during her 2nd episodes and ECG confirmed heart rate around 190.  During the 1st episodes, the heart rate resolved to normal condition before reaching the hospital and the ECG was also found normal.  After 2nd episodes, my wife had been admitted in the hospital for 2 days and after that she had been advised to remain on medicine i.e. verapamil 120 mg one time a day for 30 days at the first instance and further follow-ups.  Moreover, Echo has also been done, which was found Normal.  What should we do at this juncture with regard to complete treatment / eradication of  PSVT.

Thanks
