Superaventicular Tachycardia vs Long QT Syndrome

My 9 year old daughter was recently diagnosed with Long QT Syndrome.  While reading some information on the condition, I noticed that they called the episodes where the heart beats at a fast pace, Tachycardia.  My younger sister has Superventricular Tachycardia.  I was wondering if you could tell me the difference between the two conditions.  Could my little sister have been misdiagnosed?
