Supplements with medications

Hi. I would gretly appreciate the advice of a doctor. My aunt who is in her early 80s was recently diagnosed with CTS neuropathy in one hand with no pain. Many weeks ago one of her doctors suspected neuropathy and recommended B complex vitamins but not any particular brand. Because the local pharmacies don't have a choice of GMP certified brands we're probably going to get the B complex in a multivitamin without any added herbs from a GMP certified practitioner brand that uses the amount of B vitamins usually used for neuropathy. Since she's on cardiovascular medications I'd like to avoid possible interactions when we choose a multivitamin. She has also had triple bypass surgery and has some high blood pressure but is otherwise in very good shape and very active. I already know that high amounts of certain supplements like vitamin K and iron should be avoided when taking blood thinners but what other vitamins or minerals should be avoided? I've read that high amounts of vitamin E can cause problems but since the dose will be devided she'll only be getting around 133 iu. Her's a list of the meds that she is taking right now:

Lipitor
Plavix
Lasix
Lisinopril

There are no issues with the above list of medications and vitamins.  Like you said, we rask patients to avoid vitamin K when taking coumadin (a blood thinner) but other than that a multivitamin or vitamin b supplements will not be a problem with the above medications.  You may buys whatever vitamins she needs.
