Thanks for responding the my last question so quickly.  One additional question.  In addition to SVT, I have Supraventricular Extrasystole which actually bothers me more that the SVT.  The extrasystole usually comes on immediately after I lay down at night.  I'll feel an extra beat, then what seems to be a pause.  Is this normal?  It drives me crazy and has distupted my sleep for months.  Also, I find if I have a lot of intestional gas, the problem is more likely to occur, especially if it's stomach gas.  Any thoughts on this problem.  I was doing well, but a short bout of SVT last month has apparently set the whole thing in motion again.
Thanks
