Swelling in legs

I recently had cardiac cath with 2 stent implants (my 4th and 5th) in RCA 1 previous in RCA and 2 in LAD.
Family history of cardiac issues. Swelling got to point it was painful to walk and family Dr concerned for CHF
sent me to hospital for several tests. Passed CHF but enzymes came back positive for heart attack and continued to rise throught the nite and I was admitted and cath done the next morning. It has been three weeks and in last few days leg swelling is back. No chest pain no high BP. Doing better with diet and never been a high salt intake type of person but have cut back on what little i do use.

Leg swelling can be a result of heart failure. You say they did a cath, but have they recently done an echocardiogram to check the actual functionality of your heart?
