Symptoms of Cardiovascular Disease?

I have been searching for a Dx for a puzzling set of symptoms.  These include fatigue and extreme muscle weakness.  But, additionally, I have episodes that occur only when I am walking or standing.  I display symptoms of a white ring around my lips, my lips are purple, I become very pale (so noticable that people down the hall from me can see that I need help), I am unable to move normally, I have a narrowing of consciousness, but I do not totally blank out or pass out.  This is relieved by sitting down.  Additionally, if my blood pressure is taken soon after an episode, it can be as much as 20 points lower than my normal pressure, and my pressure returns to normal after a short rest.  Specifically on a recent visit to a doctor, after a 10 minute rest, my pressure was 106 over 60, 10 minutes later it was 120 over 80 (my normal)(No one took my pressure immediately upon arrival).  This variation has been demonstrated and documented several times.  My doctors do not take that part of my symptoms seriously, although I consider it an abnormal response.  My tilt table test was normal after 30 minutes and with Nitro stimulation, although BP was only taken on one arm.  We have pursued neurological and endocrine studies, but those both appear normal.  I am concerned about cardiac, but my PCP is not.  I had a new murmer appear, but on echocardiogram was determined to be functional and benign.  Please advise if I should pursue the cardiac route for further evaluation.  Thank you.

Dear De Anna,
Unfortunately we cannot provide diagnoses in this forum.  It is unlikely that this is cardiac.  However, if you  are concerned you could certainly consult a cardiologist.
